- Regular Sleep Schedule (find out if you need 7,8 or 9 hours of slee, this will depend on your place in life, age, stress levels etc... Find your amount and maintain it.
- Daily Review of the Secret's motivational clip
- Reading 3 books each
- Following our workout program (Contact us for idea's or help in this area)
- Living on purpose and using the Law of Attraction, co-creating our reality and manifesting our dreams.
